Elizabeth Yard Long Pond 2000 is the vintage edition of Long Pond distillery rum for Elizabeth Yard. This 21 year old Longpond has everything you’d want from a Jamaican rum, big bold and full of funk.

Single cask rum distilled in 2000 and matured for 21 years in a Hogshead barrel (250L). Limited edition and consists of 218 bottles.

In 2021 Holyrood Distillery returned rum maturation to Elizabeth Yard by importing small parcels of rum sourced from across the rum world. The casks were shipped to Kirkliston before being disgorged and re-racked into casks used for our single malt maturation program.
