This bottle was kindly donated by Identity Drinks for The Cream Of The Crop Charity Auction in aid of The Drinks Trust to support drinks industry employees.


A bottle of Plantation 10 Year Old Barbados rum from the Single Cask Collection. This was matured in the tropics for four years in bourbon casks, followed by five and a half years of continental ageing in Pierre Ferrand casks and a further matured six months in Oloroso sherry cask.

This edition is from the 2021 limited edition Single Cask series. These rums are sold out and no longer available in the UK.

This is bottle number 622; it was bottled from cask number 05.
