Description

The 19th release in Foursquare's Exceptional Cask Selection series, Sovereignty is a blend of two rums.

The first, a dual maturation spent three years in ex bourbon cask, followed by 11 years in refill sherry cask.

The second rum is a 14 Year Old ex bourbon cask matured rum. Aromas of blackberry jam, plums, overripe banana, dates, lemon peel, dark chocolate, caramel, and ginger cake fill the nose, complemented by notes of papaya, tamarind, blackberry preserve, Turkish Delight, liquorice, star anise, gingerbread, and walnuts throughout the palate.
