A bottle of Penfolds 2009 Grange Bin 95 from South Australia, matured for 18 months in American oak hogsheads. The 2009 is a blend of 98% Shiraz and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Penfolds Grange utilises fully ripe, intensely flavoured and textured Shiraz grapes. The result is a unique Australian style that is now recognised as one of the most consistent of the world’s great wines.
