A 37.5cl bottle of Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso Muy Viejo, the base wine of which comes from Solera 1847, a blend of around 8 years old which is then blended through the Matusalem solera for over 22 years. Intensely sweet Pedro Ximenez is added to around 25% of the total, resulting in a finished wine with a sugar content of around 130 grams per litre.

This bottle does not appear to be leaking. While we take every care to pack bottles securely we cannot guarantee that old corks and closures will not leak in transit.
