A bottle of Canto Cask 35 Single Cask Selection from independent bottler Compass Box. Cask number 35 was chosen by Maurizio Cagnolati of Italian spirits distributer Arnolfini.

Cask number 35 was made with American oak heads that received a very long, proprietary toasting (level 5 on Compass Box's scale) to bring out rich vanilla and toffee flavour. This was bottled in July 2007.
