A bottle of El Dorado 12 Year Old Demerara rum. This was distilled in 2002 in Versailles' Wooden Single Pot Still (the world's only operational still of its kind), matured in ex-bourbon barrels, and bottled in 2015 for El Dorado's Rare Collection.
