Description

A bottle of Noble Cuvee de Lanson Brut 1989.

Lanson is one of the oldest Champagne houses and was founded in 1760 by François Delamotte, with the Lanson name itself coming into use in 1837. Noble Cuvée is a Prestige Cuvée which was first released in 1979, and is a Chardonnay dominant blend from the Grand Crus of Avize, Le Mesnil Sur Oger, Oger and Cramant, with the balance made up of around 30% Pinot Noir sourced from Verzenay.
