A bottle of Bouzy Rouge Coteaux Champenois from Herbert Beaufort. This is a still red wine made from Pinot Noir. There is no vintage stated on the label.

Coteaux Champenois is a wine Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) covering the same area as sparkling Champagne production, but covers only still wines. Production is extremely limited given the high demand and profits of sparkling Champagne.
