Description

The 23rd edition of Ki Noh Bi Kyoto Dry Gin produced in Japan. This gin is made by distilling 11 botanicals in six flavour categories. The spirit was then aged in a sherry butt previously used to mature Karuizawa single malt whisky and bottled at 48% ABV in 2021.

The label continues the tradition of Number One Drinks Company bottling a series of Karuizawa single casks in collaboration with the Kamiasobi Noh Troupe.

This was bottled for the Italian market and distributed by Fine Spirits SRL, Genova.
