A bottle of 2008 Ermitage Le Pavillon from producer Michel Chapoutier, drawn from four hectares of 90 to 100 year old vines which are totally destemmed prior to fermentation.
'The most concentrated 2008 Ermitage is Le Pavillon (915 cases). Backward as well as elegant, it offers up scents of blueberries, blackberries, camphor, black truffles and earth.
