A bottle of 1995 Château La Lagune Grand Cru Classe from the Haut-Medoc appellation in the Bordeaux region.

The wine produced at Chateau La Lagune was classified as one of fourteen Troisièmes Crus (Third Growths) in the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855, and is planted with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot.

'A supple, cohesive palate with bright perky black fruits. Vigorous but it needs time to calm down. Very pure on the finish. Excellent. 90/92/100' Neal Martin, RobertParker.com, Tasted 2005.
