A 37.5cl bottle of Ornellaia 2007, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and a small proportion of Petit Verdot. Ornellaia is from DOC Bolgheri, and is one of the Italy's best-known 'Super Tuscan' red wines, employing a classic 'Bordeaux blend' of varieties.

'This has fascinating aromas of seaweed, oak, iodine, rosemary, and currants. A subtle wine at first, but then it takes off. A phenomenal wine that is full bodied, tight, then hits you with mint, berries, currants, and minerals. Pure class. 98/100' James Suckling, tasted 2010
