A bottle of 1973 Château La Conseillante from the Pomerol appellation in Bordeaux.
La Conseillante is a 12 hectare property, producing on average of 50,000 bottles per year from plantings of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Wine writer Stephen Brook describes it as 'quintessential Pomerol, offering vinous hedonism while rarely straying into overripeness or lack of finesse.'
Please note, there is no ABV stated on the label.
Please see images for fill level and label condition. Note minor damage to the labels.
