A bottle of Sugrue Pierre 2013 The Trouble With Dreams traditional method sparkling wine from England's South Downs. This is a 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir blend made at the Wiston Estate in Sussex by former Nyetimber winemaker Dermot Sugrue.
