This lot contains nine bottles of Château La Faurie Maison Neuve from Bordeaux's Lalande de Pomerol appellation:

Lalande de Pomerol is a satellite appellation of the better known, longer lived Pomerol appellation itself.

The 1994 was tasted in our offices in March 2022 to confirm its suitability for auction and found to be in good condition and was not oxidised. As expected this is very mature, but has pleasing cedary, savoury aromas and flavours, making for enjoyable immediate drinking. We do not recommend it for further cellaring.

The 1993s have not been tasted, and are purchased at the buyer's own risk.
