Shackleton's Whisky by Neville Peat was published by Longacre in 2012.

This book charts, Sir Ernest Shackleton's Endurance expedition of 1914-17 to attempt to cross the Antarctic continent, unfortunately, his ship was crushed in a pack of ice. Years later the British Antarctic expedition of 1907 found the main Shackleton's memorial, but only in 2007 under the memorial 25 cases & 300 bottles of Rare Old Highland Malt Whisky were found 100 years later. Whyte & Mackay recreated this Whisky and inspired Neville Peat to re-examine this Shackleton's story.
