A bottle of Blue Spot 7 Year Old Cask Strength Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey triple distilled, matured and bottled for Mitchell & Son. This was matured for not less than seven years in bourbon barrels, sherry butts and madeira casks and bottled at a cask strength of 58.9% ABV. The bottling code indicates this was bottled on 15 July 2021.
