A bottle of Patron Roca Añejo Tequila from Mexico. This was produced using the 500 year old Tahona process, where a two-ton volcanic stone wheel is used to crush the cooked agave before distillation. This was matured for 14 months in American bourbon barrels and bottled at 44% ABV.
This is bottle number 5902.
