A bottle of 1990 Pol Roger Brut, a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay sourced from 20 Grand and Premier cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs, aged for 9 years in the cellars before being released.
