A bottle of Corton Clos du Roi Grand Cru 2001 from Domaine Chandon de Briailles. This was picked from a steep 0.38 hectare plot of vines planted from 1961 to 1985, situated very close to the similarly late-ripening white Grand Cru Corton Charlemagne.
