A 37.5cl bottle of Steindorfer 2001 Beerenauslese Pinot Blanc dessert wine picked from around the large, shallow lake of Neusiedlersee in Austria, on the border with Hungary. The humid microclimate guarantees perfect conditions for 'noble rot' to shrivel and concentrate the sugars in the bunches prior to harvest.
