Description

A bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée Champagne. We estimate this was bottled in the 1990s to 2000s.

Grande Cuvée is blended from around 120 wines from multiple vintages, some as much as 15 years old. After bottling it remains in Krug's cellars for a further six years, resulting in a complex, 'vinous' Champagne. Wine critic Andrew Jefford noted that: 'of all the wine world's luxury wine brands, Krug is perhaps the most glittering'.
