A bottle of the fourth batch of The Balvenie Tun 1509 Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This is a vatting of malts matured in traditional whisky casks and sherry butts, and all married together in Tun 1509 by Malt Master David Stewart. This includes a chart describing the flavour profiles of the different cask types.
