A bottle of Inver House Green Plaid Rare Scotch Whisky. We estimate this was bottled in the 1970s.
Plaid is the name of the material used to make a traditional kilt. Legend has it that Somerled, a 12th century Viking warrior who was the first Lord of the Isles, had a green one.
Please see images for fill level and label condition. Note general wear. Please note, there is some tape residue around the cap but the original seal is intact.
The Whisky.Auction team has inspected this lot and found it to be suitable for sale. However, please note the absence of a condition statement does not imply that this lot is in perfect condition or free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of ageing.
