Bibi Restaurant in Mayfair is the latest opening from the JKS team, the people behind Michelin starred Gymkhana. This contemporary restaurant in Mayfair will be serving up traditional Indian cuisine with a modern edge. The name, which translates in Urdu as ‘lady of the house’, is used as a term of endearment for grandmothers across the Indian subcontinent. Chef Chet Sharma is at the helm having spent the last four years as the group’s development chef, creating some of the best-loved dishes in London. This venture sees him have free reign of his very own kitchen for the first time.
