Description

A bottle of La Souteronne Gamay 2013 from natural wine producer Hervé Souhaut, harvested from 60 to 80 year old vines planted on granitic soils, which were whole-bunch pressed after a very long maceration and bottled after 8 months in old oak casks.

This lot comes from the temperature-controlled cellar of a UK businessman and wine enthusiast, where it has been kept since purchase direct from importers.
