A 70cl bottle of Valdespino Coliseo Amontillado. Valdespino can trace its origins back to 1264, and is known as one of the most traditional producers in Jerez. Coliseo is an old Amontillado which starts life as a Manzanilla sherry, aged for 15-20 years in Sanlucar before being transferred to Jerez for continued ageing until the contents are around 60 years of age. This was awarded a 99 point score from American critic Robert Parker.
