A bottle of Gentle Folk Vin de Sofa 2017 from South Australia's Adelaide Hills. This is a natural wine made without sulphur, filtration or fining, and is a blend of organically-produced Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc with a small amount of Gewürztraminer by winemaker Gareth Belton, one of Australia's foremost seaweed experts before he caught the wine bug.

This lot comes from the temperature-controlled cellar of a UK businessman and wine enthusiast, where it has been kept since purchase direct from importers.
