Description

A bottle of Audemus barrel matured aquavit distilled by Bache Gabrielsen.

This is a blend of two spirits, the first boldly rich is distilled in a traditional pot still. The second with brightly floral notes is distilled under vacuum. The blend is then aged for several months in Cognac barrels.
