A bottle of Chateau Montelena 2016 Chardonnay from Napa Valley.

The 1973 vintage of this wine secured a place in wine history when it beat stiff competition against Burgundy Grand Crus and fellow Californians to secure top spot in the late Steven Spurrier's famous 'Judgement of Paris' blind-tasting in 1976. This boosted the profile and quality perceptions of fine wines from the USA around the world.
