A bottle of Moët & Chandon Dry Imperial 1981 vintage Champagne, a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay. 1981 was considered to be a high quality vintage in the Champagne region, but one which yielded a tiny crop due to Spring frosts in April; consequently very few were released to market.
