Ermitage Le Pavillon 1989 Chapoutier 2 x 75cl / 13.5%
This lot contains two bottles of 1989 Ermitage Le Pavillon from producer M Chapoutier, from biodynamically grown fruit in the north of the Rhone valley on one of France's steepest vineyards.
'A very minerally, driven style, with a strong iron-tinged spine driving the red and black currant, coffee, loam and dark licorice notes. This is tightly wound on the finish, so cellar to let it stretch out. Best from 2010 through 2020. 94/100' Wine Spectator
