A bottle of Waterford Single Farm Origin Irish Single Malt Whisky, Ratheadon Edition 1.2. The barley for this whisky was grown on Ratheadon farm by Stephen and Andrew McDonnell and harvested on 11 August 2015. This was distilled in the 25th week of 2016, matured for 4 years 1 month 8 days and bottled in August 2020 at 50% ABV.
