Description

A miniature bottle of John Haig & Co. Ltd. Gold Label 8 Year Old Liqueur Blended Scotch Whisky, sealed with a spring cap closure. This was bottled for the US market and imported by James M McCunn & Co. NYC. We estimate this was bottled in the late 1930s.

The label carries a royal warrant by appointment to His Majesty King George V.

This lot is from a large collection of miniatures and memorabilia built up during the 1980s and 1990s by whisky expert Sukhinder Singh. He is now selling part of his collection to make room for more acquisitions.
