A bottle of Caol Ila 9 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky from independent bottler North Star Spirits Ltd. This was distilled in August 2009, matured in refill a bourbon hogshead, finished in Pedro Ximenez casks and bottled at 51.8% in August 2019.
