Description

A bottle of 2008 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir, produced and bottled by Joseph Drouhin.

Vaudésir is one of the seven Grand Cru 'climats' of Chablis is planted with vines facing both north and south, overlooking the town of Chablis below, resulting in wines known for their minerality and elegance.

Drouhin have 1.4 hectares of Vaudésir, with a vine age of 30 years, which have been organically farmed since 1990 and biodynamically farmed since 1999.
