Description

This lot contains three bottles of Côte Rôtie 2015 from François & Fils, harvested from one of France's steepest vineyard sites.

The François family have around four hectares of vines, with 1.5 of Côte Rôtie all situated in the Côte Brune on South-facing parcels. Their main business is making farmhouse cheeses using milk from their herd of 25 cows. They began bottling their Côte Rôtie in 1991, having previously sold their fruit.
