A bottle of Penfolds 1996 Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon, matured for 15 months in new American oak hogsheads. First made in 1964, Bin 707 is Penfolds' flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, and is a multi-regional blend made exclusively from fruit grown in South Australian vineyards sourced from the Barossa Valley, Coonawarra, Padthaway, Robe and Wrattonbully.
