Description

A bottle of 2013 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesir, bottled by proprietors Jean-Paul & Benoît Droin, a family who have been a presence in Chablis since 1620: Benoît Droin is the fourteenth generation winemaker.

Vaudésir is one of the seven Grand Cru 'climats' of Chablis is planted with vines facing both north and south, overlooking the town of Chablis below, resulting in wines known for their minerality and elegance.
