A bottle of 1996 Savigny Les Beaune Cuvée Fouquerand Hospices de Beaune, bottled for Longford Wines by Pierre André as part of the annual charitable wine auction, held each year in November.

The Hospices itself is a former charitable alms house, situated in Beaune, and was founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rolin, chancellor of Burgundy, as a hospital for the poor.
