Description

This lot contains 11 pieces of correspondence and receipts sent from John Watney & Co. of Wandsworth Distillery to its client William Pulling & Co. These documents date from 1877 to 1907.

Thee sheets of blue paper showing quantities of 'spirits' and prices, dated 1877.

Seven paper slips acknowledging receipt of payment for various amounts, dated 1881 to 1906. Six of these have one penny stamps attached.

One letter regarding a delay to a delivery of spirits, dated 9 May 1903. The letter explains that the two puncheons we sent by L & NW Railway and should hopefully arrive 'before Monday'.

One invoice for '2 Pipes Spirits', dated 1907.
