A bottle of 2000 Gevrey Chambertin from Burgundy producer Dominique Gallois, who farms a modest 4 hectares of vines from a family estate which has existed since 1901. This wine comes from 10 parcels of fruit totalling around 2.2 hectares, with around 10,000 bottles of 'village wine' produced each year.
