This was distilled on 27 November 2008, matured in a single European oak sherry puncheon and bottled for The City of London on 20 February 2020. This was produced for the London on-trade and was available at selected hotels, bars and restaurants. It was never available for general sale.

This single cask bottling was selected by The Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner in collaboration with Josep Roca of El Celler de Can Roca.
