A bottle of 1983 Billecart-Salmon Cuvee Nicolas François Brut Champagne, a blend of 45% Pinot Noir and 55% Chardonnay.

Founded in 1818, Billecart is known for its elegant, refined style, with fruit purchased from 23 growers, including those from the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Cramant and Le Mesnil.
