Description

A bottle of Domaine de Montille 2012 Puligny Montrachet Le Cailleret Premier Cru from a 0.85 hectare parcel of vines planted in 1993.

Situated mid-slope, this is just to the north (and at the same altitude) of Grand Cru vineyard Le Montrachet, and just below Chevalier-Montrachet, and is regarded by the De Montille family as very much of Grand Cru quality.

'Always at the top, this wine is extremely complete, well-bred and almost aristocratic. It is my favourite white wine of the Domaine.' Alix de Montille
