Description

A bottle of The London Distillery Company 109 Cask Edition single malt whisky. This was produced from Plummage Archer barley using 1920s distiller and Whitbread B yeast. The whisky was filled in to 20 litre ex-bourbon casks on 9 September 2015, and matured for three years before bottling at cask strength.

This is the first cask strength single malt whisky produced in London since the early 1900s.

This is bottle number 24 of 28.
