Description

A bottle of Remy Martin Louis XIII Très Vieille Age Inconnu Grande Champagne Cognac. This is composed of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie aged between 40 and 100 years and is presented in a Baccarat crystal decanter. This was imported t the Japanese market, we estimate in the early 1960s.

The neck label reads: This Cognac Grande Champagne was served at the Royal Banquet given to their Majesties King George VI and Queen Elizabeth at the Château de Versailles in July 1938, and was again chosen to be served to Queen Elizabeth II during her Majesty's visit to France in April 1957. E.Remy Martin & Co.
